New title ladder additions

There are new default user title additions and changes. Titles have been changed to scale off messages and not trophies (who the hell made that decision?), and you can see milestones at 0, 15, 100, 1000, 5000, 10,000, and 100,000 posts. Give me a couple suggestions for the 0, 15, 100, and 1000 posts milestones and I'll add the good ones.
