I trained Thai Boxing for several years, a bit of BBJ but UFC made it super gay with its scripted fake ass fag show, Thai Boxing is by far the best for self defense and street fighting / defense. Offensive fight picking is for beta males.

I never got some fake show with my UFC gym, instead i got to spar with the other kids, it was awesome!

Actually they made us wear mandatory Gi, the Gi was needed because it's tough and easy to grapple onto.

BBJ is a great workout, but extremely worthless in the street. Last place you want to be in a street fight is on the ground hugging another dude.
