I'M SO FUCKING TRIED OF THIS SHIT AND I'M SO FUCKING HYPED THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I (probably) HAVE TO DO THIS SHIT.

If any of you fuckers are in school, you know exactly what I mean. These online discussions. Before COVID, it was okay, since barely anyone used them and the few times it was it was done appropriately and in a supplemental manner. NOW EVERY FUCKING TEACHER USES THIS AS A CRUTCH TO REPLACE REAL DISCUSION. Does anyone else deal with this shit?

I hate school. If only teachers weren’t so evil. I don’t actually have to deal with these online discussion much but my teachers have found other, much worse ways to inflict as much misery as possible on their students. They are like Griffith but if he was evil and hated schoolchildren for some reason

Wait I though you were in your 20s and done with school
People finish their undergraduate degrees at 21-22. Undergrad isn't where academia ends, and if you want a STEM job it's definitely not the end. Unless you have a Math/Engineering degree. Those fuckers are good off the rip usually. It's some graduate level course I'm not fond of but have to take, so I'm doing it while I'm working.

Yeah, we did that sort of shit when I was taking some online classes, but once I got finished with them I dropped any further plans regarding doing further online stuff in high school so that I don't have to mess with these sorts of assignments for the next two years, and so that I can instead enjoy my social opportunities in high school more. No point for me in doing the extra advanced stuff they provide that's online when my set plan for adulthood won't require it, anyway, as I have my eyes set on a trade school already.

Even with in person courses, a lot of teachers just dump them on you anyways because it's an easy way to give you more work... There are some amazingly smart people with PhDs and Mds who are at the cutting edge of their field, but shit teachers. Giving students a prompt to do every week is an easy way to check off a box.
