Churro died because woot didn't know how to run an imageboard and especially not a soysphere imageboard

What was that lifespan on chudpol? Like 2-3 months, Woot wasn't cut out for the game of running a 5 PPH imageboard.

The problem is that it WASN'T a 5 pph imageboard. We reached 100 and even 200 pph pretty often. Woot just had no idea on how to keep that, he didn't add memeflags, he locked /pol/ and he didn't even add a captcha. We had cloudflare to fight against raids but he also removed it because it's datamining

It was gemmy althoughbeit, but woot didn't really care what the user base wanted. I told him to remove IDs and he said no and I said we should run a poll and he still refused even when I said the user base doesn't want it he said the user base is small and IDs are appealing to new users

Like nigga sharty/pol/ user base is loyal and active because it's basically a discord and it's easy for new users to join and adapt to the culture. Unfortunately woot didn't think the same way and didn't remove IDs, alongside adding a lot of snca boards who nobody asked for

He should've made IDs toggleable, and added in Rizz(tm)

Why was /pol/ locked anyways

Because he was gonna decide on the hecking RULES OR SOMETHING which is completely normal to take over a month

>chudpol.ru
>locks pol

I'm sure there was a thought process behind this decision.

He said he didn't intend for the churro to be a spam board and wants normal people to post on it which is just... Normal people don't use imageboards they use xitter or reddit or at most the 4chan board about their hobby

>thinks normal people would use the churro
