The world is full of mediocre unremarkable artists, musicians, sculptors, etc.
How can you even hope to make something that's worth more than a couple seconds of people's attention if you aren't a gifted individual?
It's even worse now that AI can generate pieces that absolutely mog unremarkable artists effortlessly.

but you can just go to your local garage sale and buy like 50 journals for 5 dollars, this style is close to 90's collage style, and to much earlier newspaper collage art from like the 70's

Klimt's art is not hard to do teachnically, you don't need really study shadows or any of that other shit to make it, but you won't because you are not Klimt, he was unique in his own way

Bekinski is really someone who put his soul and his fears into his art, also not really that hard to replicate if you wanna be an asshole about it, but you can't (I even like his later computer made works evendoe they are kind of shitty cuz he couldn't into computer)

P.S. painting is not the only way to art, you can do music sculpt write whatever

Natural talent isn't real, you can be shit at something and get progressively good at it the more you do it. This is known commonly as skill.
When someone says that they lack natural talent, it means that they are not improving in their skill as fast as they would have liked to. They're frustrated.
Tails gets trolled is a series that looks god awful, but it has had a lasting impact on the internet.
