I've never even kissed anybody nor have I had sex with anyone. I probably got this from sharing utensils or water bottles or something like that. Maybe this is just an oddly placed pimple, but I've gotten them on the periphery of my lip once in a while for a few years now. Is it over for me?

I'm... not sure. They do tend to last longer and scab up way more than regular pimples doe.
