I'm trying to solve the puzzle. How did you "turn it into 2-digit numeric values"? What does it mean to "turn them into" these values? The highest numbers go as high as over sixty when you divide them all up into seven 2-digit values, so whatever this concept is, of "turning them into" these values, couldn't correspond to something like, say, the number of the letter in the alphabet.

You should also be reversing numbers by two, not every number. For example, 123456 should become 563412, not 654321. Remember the order I scrambled the name in and reverse it.

I still don't understand this, no matter what way I do it. So, I reverse it first, I get 21521362521321. I reverse that in pairs from how I'm understanding what you're saying, so I get the number 12312526312521. Minus one digit from all of those, and I get 01201415201410. I don't know from there if I'm right in how I've gotten this number, nor how I can translate it to words. I tried splitting it into pairs again (01 20 14 15 20 14 10) and then corresponding it to how the letters of the alphabet are numbered, and I got "A T N O T N J", which obviously isn't it. I feel like I'm close, but I don't know.

you're doing it in the wrong order. You shouldn't be getting 215236 etc, you should be getting 122531 etc. And you're not supposed to do the second reversing; the first reversing is supposed to be "in pairs". You're also making a few mistakes along the reversing process.
