For one thing, I'd say some cases of employment and promotion in Western society can be more difficult for men, primarily in white-collar, corporate settings, as women will be prioritized as a minority in the workplace as determined by their sex, similar to how racial minorities may be prioritized over the racial majority in the workplace, for the sake of improving the corporation's image in the eyes of modern social justice. This is also the case in political leadership, but perhaps you'd see more cases of that in the U.S, rather than in Britain.ok guys tell me actually what problems do men face that women won’t because i know damn well i haven’t been crying over not being a man my entire life for nothing
i do agree that that’s a thing, but don’t you think it’s only because women were never employed equally before anyway? so it’s like, compensating. i don’t agree much with it because i doubt gender affects your quality of work i think it should be equal for employmentFor one thing, I'd say some cases of employment and promotion in Western society can be more difficult for men, primarily in white-collar, corporate settings, as women will be prioritized as a minority in the workplace determined by their sex, just as racial minorities may be prioritized over the majority for the sake of improving the corporation's image in the eyes of modern social justice. I haven't a clue, I don't ignore anyone or follow anyone, so I don't know what either feature does.@baqqrih what does the ignore button do on the shlog?
why isnt there a block button?
i do get people want what they can’t have but like… what reasons would you have?the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence, you wouldn't get it.

i do get that though. for example i want to apply for mechanical engineering and when i went for a lecture everyone was a dude and there was my dhmbass on the side , but i was also told id have an advantage applying bf theres little to no women
i mean i was just thinking about the reason FOR that>don’t you think it’s only because women were never employed equally before anyways
That’s like saying niggers should get reparations because their ancestors got discriminated against, except it makes even less logic because at least with niggers you can argue “since their ancestors were poor they passed down less wealth down the generations.” You can’t make the same reasoning with gender
Well, if it is an attempt to "compensate", we've clearly still gone off-the-deep-end in terms of the scale and balance to that compensation, as we're seeing more and more women get into these jobs as years progress, with little sign of pause. In addition, perhaps we'd differ in this perspective, but I see this drastic emancipation of women only as another tool to tear the traditional family apart. I would personally prefer the societal standard for women to identify them not as people who should mirror their fathers or husbands, but as completers, to complete what their husband or their family lacks.i do agree that that’s a thing, but don’t you think it’s only because women were never employed equally before anyway? so it’s like, compensating. i don’t agree much with it because i doubt gender affects your quality of work i think it should be equal for employment

yeah unfortunately doe some households can’t survive without women working too. sucks.Well, if it is an attempt to "compensate", we've clearly still gone off-the-deep-end in terms of the scale and balance to that compensation, as we're seeing more and more women get into these jobs as years progress, with little sign of pause.
