that ruins your eyes, damn no wonder since ive been reading more recently my eyesight has been getting a bit worse?

at first i started cuz it was pretty then i hated it and im only keeping it cuz it’s kind of my thing now

also yeah , eye strain does ruin you. you can do looking exercises to help but i learnt the hard way. use a lamp when u read pla
