i think your features are quite beautiful but the way that you take photos and i think also the lack of a sharper jawline gives you less contrast since your features are already soft
to help this, you should get downlighting (lighting that’s on top of you) and a secondary light source on either side of your face. set up the camera at least 60cm away and zoom it in, that way theres no distortion
you can pose to the side, look straight forward , you can try tilting your head upwards slightly or even downwards to give the illusion of a sharper jawline
grow your hair out please and see if you can get it put into locs with some beads at the end to weigh it down to streamline your face as the broccoli top isn’t doing it
but no you don’t look childish your features are still aged. nice smooth skin doe
