Kaite herself has actually said that it feels "heartbreaking" whenever it's Alice or Oliver shipped with another character
Also @Soygoy, any updates on your stealth game? I assume that once you are caught doing something against school rules a chase sequence begins and you have to hide until a cooldown meter goes down and the characters stop their search for you (personally i'm not to keen on this idea)
There could also be multiple endings too, and you could have a part in the game where Engel helps other students evacuate the school

i'm happy that people are interested but no meaningful progress has been made in a while since i am helping my mother out with her farm a lot more.i have ofcourse the side sprite basically done ready to be added and animated, but the front sprite is wrong, here.
the front sprite is a bit taller than my side sprite so im actually going to scale it down a bit and edit it to look more like the side sprite.
i plan on getting engel done then implementing him into a 3d environment, animating him and figuring out perspective of the game, for which i plan on imitating something a bit like petscop, as seen in here, 2d sprites look towards the camera in a 3d environment like so.
i also need to make miss circle, the main antagonist.
the game's story will start with you being chased by miss circle and from there you have to get into Calm mode by hiding and running, getting in a locker etc. I plan on having crouching, proning, hiding in boxes or plantpots / other objects, lockers, there will be cameras you have to avoid that activate after a few minutes so they dont rape you immediately after starting the game. There'll be dialog for that as in "Administration, this is Miss Circle. I've lost Engel, enable the security cameras." but maybe in a more miss circle way of saying, for example, "STAFF! This is your boss Miss Circle speaking! One of my former prized students Engel has displeased me with his performance, and has gone missing! This simply cannot be allowed to occur. Turn on the security cameras IMMEDIATELY!"
Like MGS, you can go into first person mode in the 3D environment which will closely resemble many aspects of Paper School in the animation. The game will use the Living Tombstone's Basics in Behaviour RED track for the action sequences in the game, e.g getting caught by Miss Circle.
Engel could also perhaps disguise himself as another student to fool Miss Circle.
Game will utilize a Payday 2 Stealth like system where characters will catch you if they see you for too long, allowing you to evade cameras in certain circumstances.
