but you're thinking of multi million sophisticated UAV, those are few and rare. It's more common you will be on front line with a small FPV or reconnaissance drone. That has a lot of danger involved.Artillery I think. I like the mechanics and i think I'd like the shockwave.
realistically, if i had to make the choice i'd want to be one of the drone pilots that is across the world from conflict because dying sounds gay.
I guess it's different when you're killing the people that have been shooting your friends all week, but i personally don't think i could drop grenades on wounded people while I'm watching them crawl and hide.Artillery because i dont want to see them die
That's kind of my point, unless I'm one of the lucky few that gets to sit on my ass in Langley and I'm near combat anyway, I'd choose Artillerybut you're thinking of multi million sophisticated UAV, those are few and rare. close enoughArtillery because I can just float the shells around
PUSSYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYDrone because I don’t want to go deaf and have brain damage.
I did not consider that. The constant shock waves would cause some brain trauma. But then, normally you stand far away when you're ready to fire. Only insurgents using old tech even by soviet standards group around the piece.Drone because I don’t want to go deaf and have brain damage.
Problem with that gif is there is no sense of urgency or mobility. Danger to artillery is artillery. From one shot, they will triangulate your position. It's a who fires first loses scenario. That and drones hunting you. That's why being mobile is important, as shitty as it looks a artillery on top of a truck is a pretty good solution of fire then move.
>normal rules of war is being 25km away from the enemy and not seeing consequences of your action
True, depends on the war I guess. That was taken from some Yugoslav conflict.Problem with that gif is there is no sense of urgency or mobility. Danger to artillery is artillery. yeah, it probably took them hours to setup that position. By then they'd be littered with cluster munitions or in a telegram channel footage.True, depends on the war I guess. That was taken from some Yugoslav conflict.
We need a soycraft mod for that.but you're thinking of multi million sophisticated UAV, those are few and rare. It's more common you will be on front line with a small FPV or reconnaissance drone. That has a lot of danger involved.
