I only watched the series up until episode 40, and that was because I did it all in one night while high on ZOGpills. Did watch a few clips of the newer episodes though. A draw is the most likely option imo because it's so fucking chaotic to the point where a clear-cut winner would seem unfitting. As for how that "draw" will play out, my guess is that it'll be somber and depressing. Both the toilets and "alliance" have already suffered from extreme casualties and their world will be in shambles once it's all said and done. WW1-style is the best way to put it.

Based on what we've seen there's a larger, more mysterious threat than the toilets, which is what G-man is trying to prevent, and his sole reason for surviving is to do this.
