Hoot of course! Second place is definitely OOOT though. What I liked about him that much, you may ask? First of all gems like cobjak, chudson were made while he was an admin, he also organized mass raids on imageboards like plarty and karty, and most of the NAS coal that existed on /soy/ was purged in an event named the second holocaust.
