It was a tough decision, as both are pretty awful, but I had to go with India for a few reasons:
1) Indians uphold the Hindu religion, which in its pristine state preserves many of its original Aryan elements. Indians have a good philosophical tradition ensconced in Hinduism. Pakistan is just one of a million Muslim countries.
2) The Whitest people of the Subcontinent are actually Hindu Indians, believe it or not. Yes, Pakistanis are on average Whiter, but the Whitest group is actually the Ror, who are Hindu and in Rajasthan.
3) There are primitive tribes in India who I find charming, these tribes are fully Dravidian or Munda in ancestry and can hardly be considered "Indians" in the same way that Mayans can hardly be considered "Mexican". There are many interesting little groups in India.
