what is this timer/countdown for?

is it a bomb? is it the countdown to the sharty's birthday?? no seriously im kinda curious and suspicious at the same time on this????
any clues or answers, please let me know, because im not sure myself, my only other theory is that it might be the countdown till /soy/ gets deleted or hidden, because the countdown only appears on /soy/- idk you tell me
