I was in OPSEC thread, I saw a soyteen posting eachothers name and they ended up being 'oxxed.

If you don't want to be doxed, just don't post identifying info online ever. There is a good chunk of people here who had their IPs leaked by red and nothing came of it because there was nothing that could be linked to their IPs. If you live in the USA, there are certain things like voting records and corporate information compilers, however you can also choose not to vote or put in your real information anywhere. If you don't want to be doxed by a 'teen, just don't post any pictures you took IRL, pictures of yourself, or any information about yourself and you'll be fine. Almost all of us manage not to be doxed, it's not hard.

Especially about the USA part, most of these doxxers only really know how to doxx people living in the USA. See how we had like piles of info about minus8 but nothing came from it other than just getting him to quit the internet?

don't use your usual email or username on naughty sites or troll accounts, they can easily Google it and find accounts that can be tied to you.
Otherwise, don't post your info, face, picture of your house, etc. Don't even post your general location, because that makes it easier to pin you based on other things you've said

literally nothing ever happens if you do get doxxed and publicly humiliated on the sharty except for maybe a pizza if you've done something rlly bad.
what you should be worried about are discord groups which do much worse with your address.

think abt it, nobody's gonna swat you on the sharty because if that happened the website would be taken down and labled as a hate-speech website, or atleast there's a chance that could happen.
discord groups? nah, they do that all the time because discord cannot be taken down.
nobody deserves to get swatted, there's been cases of people getting killed because of that btw.
