I never deadlift anymore, so probably squats. But I've been warming up to the bench press recently as I have begun to see improvement for the first time in a long time.
Deadlifts are just not enjoyable. You're picking something up and putting it back down. With BP and Squat there is a sort of adrenaline rush. You have to commit to it, and if you fail you will be humiliated and possibly seriously injured. I don't have a spotter because I am a sigma male, which means I have to be a lone wolf and go it alone. Also, I just feel these two way more in their respective muscle groups than I do or deadlift. I am tired out by deadlifts but I don't really feel it in my legs as much. With a squat I will feel it heavily in my legs and pretty much only in my legs, and also be so tired to the point of falling to my knees afterwards.
I used to prefer the overhead press to the bench press, and historically the OHP was one of the "big lifts" back when the clean and press was still in the olympics. Nowadays I understand why people love the bench press
