You can't, man, that's the thing. I've tried helping out people like this as well, at school. They just don't listen, and the more you try, the more you'll simply sadden yourself at their condition. Maybe he'll nod his head at your words, or go "uh-huh, alright", but that's all he will do.

Is it even possible to help people at all if you don't have a fucking degree because in every situation where I've had to help someone they NEVER take any fucking advice no matter how much it'd actually help even if it isn't significantly big stuff and it's just minimal good habits, even if they're aware and actively seek you out to tell you they have a problem, and at that point all you can do is say "idk nigga get a psychologist or some shit"

Tbh i never got as low as that nigga but i "learned" (still learning) entierly from my mistakes like it took me a thousand fuck ups before it ended up working out, judging by the fact hes otherwise incredibly high functional im thinking we got a similar brain fuck up so might be the case for him too

Nah, because most people in these situations kind of have this need to communicate, they very much enjoy people, and what people think of the person in question. The usually have autism or whatever and saying weird things in their heads makes everyone regard him as: "That mysterious and weird person" and in their heads they'll just fit in with everyone just acting like that. They almost always follow the dominant group in these situations, so you gotta just stick with it. I mean sometimes it takes awhile but you don't want to let some guy spiral downwards into a future lolcow. Stick with helping him, it'll work I know it.
