Serious What do you think a country should do about minority languages?

I don't mean immigrants, say you were the leader of A-ia and most people in it speak A-ish but there are some communities in other parts of the country that speak B-ish that have been there for hundreds of years. What would you do?

Simply nothing, just enforce them to speak A-ish as a 2nd language. And i say this because where i live people speak atleast 4 different languages
