People must be protected from coperations, since cooperations only have their own interest at heart.

Back in tribal days the idea of no government would have worked fine, everyone you interacted with was someone who you had known all of your life and you are likely to act altruistically towards them, would receive a social punishment if you were selfish.

Modern-day corporations have no such restrictions or motivators other than profit.
