really just anything that will fill me up and make me gain weight.
i have an air fryer, microwave, toaster oven, and a small electric grill (george foreman i think) i can use. a traditional oven/stove isn't gonna work because the one in my house is gas and i dont wanna start a fire. i would like to avoid eating pork (not a mudslime though) but it's not a big deal to me.
i'm sick and tired of eating frozen microwave slop all day.

Eat a lot of bread and put butter and vegetable oil everywhere. Like this sandwich with butter and jam.

Eat some fish and ships you can make them in an airfryer and they are pretty good just fucking eat whatever doe but in large quantities

But if you are looking to bulk then you want to look for foods high in carbohydrates and fat. You can try making chanko nabe if you want to feel like a big strong sumo wrestler without the strong part since you are a weak fat retard that doesn't exercise.
