The Gateway Tapes are a CIA-involved meditation and sound technique to achieve altered states of consciousness such as astral projection, remote viewing, and supposedly seeing other realities. I believe this is their main site. Have you guys ever heard of this? What did you think? I heard that there's free versions online but I feel very very hesitant to try them out in general.
