i have an intel so I had to download git and Python. then open git and type in "git clone https://github.com/openvinotoolkit/stable-diffusion-webui.git" hit enter then type "cd stable-diffusion-webui" and open the file "webui-user.bat" in the github folder you downloaded which should start the install
