One fucking hundred percent this, but not a discord, just enabling admins and the massive wave of immigrants we literally did ad campaigns to invite in. God, it feels so retarded looking back to that time and thinking any of that was a good idea, but back then the sharty's identity was built around being the opposite of 4cuck. So, because 4cuck is obscenely anti newfag, sharty became obscenely pro newfag (this is why oldfag and newfag are filtered btw) and shilled the fuck out of the site. Sharty was way way too good at it and the population increased exponentially to the point where brand new immigrants swiftly made the original userbase a minority, thus not having to assimilate and taking the reigns of the site's culture (with the help of an ((admin)) who sympathized with them greatly). The immigrants care the most about sewing chaos, creating slapfights, drama and trihard/foodist adjacent aspects of the sharty which is why things are the way they are today
