What skincare products do you use? I use cerave cleansers, blue lizard sunscreen, pm face moisturizer, am face moisturizer with spf, and body moisturizer.

I also used to use retinol but I accidentally dropped it in the trash can and I didn’t want to buy a new one.

Nothing seems to stop the endless flow of grease excreting from my face. (You) ever have this issue?

I think so, I can’t seem to get rid of the sebaceous filaments on my nose even though I use a salicylic acid cleanser everyday. I also bought a pore strip but it didn’t work that well either

I don't use any skincare and my skin looks smooth and nice. That stuff is no good

I like having rough hands and skin, makes me feel more masculine or something, I like being able to hold my hands together and just rub them when they get like sand-paper as it gives me an awful amount of happiness knowing that my hands have been put to such well use recently so they've gotten dryer and have received minor calluses as a physical showing of my efforts.
I never do skin-care routines as I just don't like it, I feel really uncomfortable with creams and shit on my face.
As a kid and still now, I have an awful tendency to really roughly scratch skin-creams and similar off of my skin whenever it makes contact, I don't know why I just really really cannot stand the feeling of anything invisible to the eye being on my skin that isn't just skin itself, I usually wash my hands with a solid sponge to scrape off oils as well whenever it gets too bothersome but that's another subject entirely.

I think gut health and skin health are related, so just don't eat like a american and you should be fine. I used to have Eczema on my arms when I was younger, now It doesn't appear at all.
