>to focus on studying chess theory instead
leaving the schlog for good to focus on chess?
...look if you wanna leave, just leave your account like this.
i've seen other users who regret deleting/disabling their account It's a permanent decision that can't be undone.
There are people saying I will just crawl back after a week, I have to prove them wrong

But I want to be a good chess player, maybe even reach CM one day
If you said you wanted to write a book, get a good job, study to become an engineer, read more books, focus on IRL shit, and so on I'd get it, but uiting here probably won't make or break you when it comes to studying chess theory.

ok bro go work on it now instead of engaging with this thread and u can come bck here for a break when ur brain too tired to do productive work and ur not picking up informations and stuffs

I'll give you a week to vote on this
My brother went to rehab. It was very easy for him to recover there because he had no access to anything.
Albeit, when he got out, he never learned how to actually stay away from drugs or avoid temptation. He was a junkie even if he didn't have drugs, for food, fornication, media, and eventually drugs again.

I think you should write your password down, put it somewhere that takes some effort to reach, and try to keep yourself off without taking the easy way
(Also bad analogy, since junkies should go to rehab even if it's a "cop-out," they just need to care enough to learn the skills they're taught)

It's not related to addiction, I'm just asking whether I should leave the site to focus on chess entirely or if I should stay here on the schlog

FIFY

Also, why are you confused?
I dont understand how u operate
wna get better at chess feel like u could use time better and u like this place
if that is the case spend the time of day when you have the energy and capacity for learning and use that on chess
and then if or when ur brain is fried and done after doing works on chess u can unwind here
it feels like you are making something that should be so simple into a complicated mess

Well if it's not an addiction, surely you can find the time to do both and drastically decrease your time on the soy blog without nuking your account

@Ytsuken
Leave the site if you want.
Study chess theory if you want.
Stay on the site and study chess theory if you want.
Leave and don't study chess theory if you want. Its ultimately up to you and the fact you are arguing with the people discussing it means you already know what you want to do... So, leave the site and follow your dreams.

I mean I still kinda have mixed feelings on this, I really do like this site, but I also like chess, So I'm asking people if I should leave the site entirely for chess or not

You don't need to leave this site to study chess, nor do you need to even become inactive. However, you are clearly trying to find excuses not to use the site for one reason or another. Think about whether or not you actually want to be here. If you want to leave the site, leave it. You already know what you want but if you really don't, think about it.

Nigga I think you're missing the point of the question even though I've said it multiple times
I'm asking a yes or no question, should I quit the site and focus all the time I spend on the site on chess instead
