i like this one from A Night to Remember, it captures the more eerie feeling (relative to James Cameron's 1997 film) really well.
after the ship's engines abruptly stopped, the remaining steam had to be vented out to prevent an explosion from the pressure. in real life this went on for at least 10 minutes or so, and it only added to the ongoing confusion amongst the passengers. and unlike Cameron's film, it shows the firemen/stokers still working in the boiler rooms in order to keep the electricity going, even though water was swamping the lower decks (the one shown here is Boiler Room 5 i think).
