You can mail these spring trap confetti bombs to people's houses from Amazon, to stay anonymous, you would have to buy an Amazon gift card with cash or with monero/bitcoin and then proceed to buy the product with an anonymous proxy, the packages look discreet and like any other package too, make sure you have the tax total amount before hand so you don't have to buy two cards.

Doxing in itself is 100% legal (and is only possible because the USA lets companies compile data publicly and they allow voting registration to be public) but acting on the doxes is illegal. The 'za stuff has always been a bit too much and I don't get why people take the risk of doing things that can be tracked back to you using subpoenas. This would be funny in concept but it'd never happen. The reason people send pizzas is because its simpler, you just get the persons address, maybe a burner phone number and email, click some buttons and you're done. You don't even have to enter a credit card, you can just say that you'll pay at the door (This is why all of the pizzas being shipped are from Dominoes, they still allow this for whatever reason) There's also the chance that whoever is getting doxed may never check their mail or packages, or just throw out the package, with a pizza delivery they're forced to interact with the delivery boy.
I've never ordered a pizza to a dox target but I did prank order pizzas once in the past. There was this big Secret Santa event that 90 percent of my friends were invited to, but I wasn't because the bitch who was running it didn't like me for some reason. Annoyed by this, I found where the event was located using the Snap Map of a friend who was going to it and ordered some pizzas from Dominoes. Later that night I called them to brag about it
