What do you mean exactly? They do have terrible personalities most of the time, but their worth is inflated these days, you just need to not be a landwhale as a woman to not be alone. Looks are important but only to a certain extent, if somebody is too ugly it will make getting into relationships very hard. However once a relationship starts, looks kinda go down the trash (to a certain extent, obviously it still matters just alot less) and it becomes all about personality. For example lets say a girl gets with a hot guy, if he ends up being a piece of shit it does'nt matter if hes a 11/10 gigachad, hes most likely getting dumped.
