I grew up with seven throughout elementary school, so seven.

Win 7 is the best out of any of these obviously, what kind of poll is this.

yea windows 7 wins by a mile, so much memories and was the most usable os out of all of them. i use 10 because microsoft released this retarded library some time early last year which forces devs to drop support for win7

I tried using my windows 7 computer before for my everyday tasks, it isn't great but that could just be because the computer I'm using is outdated. I use my older computers I have to run older software (some are incompatible with my current computer) and burn CD's and DVD's (it's just easier to use), everything else I allocate to my newer computer because it's faster and can run most programs I use without issue.
I think if you just want to do school stuff, stick with a newer OS like 10 or 11 and you should be fine; if you have a computer with an older operating system like 7, it's possible to make it work but you may have a few problems along the way.

Arch based Linux > Windows 7 > Windows XP > Debian based Linux > BSD > Windows 10 > Windows 11
