honestly this is just the tip of the iceberg for discord when it comes to the shit they pull
child safety concerns aside and their clear lack of care when dealing with it they added AI automated moderation not so long ago
if you look on xeddit's r/bannedfromdiscord you can see how bad it is geg

iirc i heard recently they're also ignoring EU's GDPR policies too when you try to appeal bans
