Xhe has also supported unpopular decisions such as hiding the ban list and doesn't add simple and long requested features such as the ability to see the profiles of permabanned users

This is an administrative decision and a Xenforo issue, permanently banned users must have their bans changed to a very long period of time to be viewable, feature requests are made by staff. Do tell me what features you believe are so important to have.

I mean for the person who themselves got warned. Warnings are a little hard to see if you don't know they're there. Say you post something dumb and an hour later a mod warns you. How'd you supposed to know it happened if you didn't get a little notification when you get warned?
