Keyed /milk/

Ok hear me out. Calfs grow from tiny little things into absolute BVLLs drinking nothing but milk from the tit. I can't do that, or rather don't wanna and it's not practical, but I can also drink a lot of milk. I drink about 1-2 liters a day because it's a cheap source of calories, fat, and protein. If I drink more while doing keyed exercies like bench and pull ups, I should transform into a total giga chad.

Pound calcium supplements. Look deceivingly frail but weigh 300lbs due to your bone mass.
 
Cottage Cheese is an underrated but great food item. It has better macros than pretty much every solid protein item other than some meats and it also tastes pretty good. I've been having in since my childhood
