The first time you eat it, it has a subtle, pepper-honey flavor that draws you in. Almost immediately afterwards, you get a Tabasco-like flavor that is a little bit more on the tomato-y side. You can also taste a little bit of garlic if you let it sit there in your mouth. Overall, I would give it a 6/10. It's above average for sauces, but it really feels like if you combined honey, ketchup and Tabasco. Certainly something spiceGODs would enjoy for a little while before they get used to the taste.
