what recipe did you use? i made borsch before using a recipe with pork sausage and it was very tasty, would eat again. only that i made it with farmers market beets but the farmers market is closed now because winter, and i dont feel like making it with the store-bought kind.
also is it normal to put shredded prepackaged cheese on borsch or is this pindosy behavior? when i last had it my mom did that evendoe i did put sour cream on mine
