I tried taking your advice by simply ignoring it but it still remains. I’ve been getting barely any sleep due to it and the sleep I do get is interrupted by it waking me up at 4am. It leaves me tired for the entire day.
Worse now it occasionally happens during the day as well when I’m doing my daily activities not just when Iie down (not as bad as making me sleep deprived, but still).
