Very serious If McDonald’s Ice Cream machines are broken, how come they still produce literally the most perfect-looking and tastiest vanilla ice creams in US

Is vanilla ice cream even good? Mixed is prolly the best, vanilla gets tiresome (not in a gay way). I get cones typically from a Brazilian chain that makes great ones. Other Brazilian gelato chains are typically too sweet and too big and also too expensive, but I get them occasionally.
