Place your weight in an obscure place that you know you won't remember. To make sure you lose the weight, you can place the weight in a safe and either throw the key out or change the safe code to something random.

There are no shortcuts. Less calories and more physical activity.
 
Try and get more healthy things from the store. I'd suggest cutting dairy and processed foods entirely. Make sure to manage nutrients better, less sodium, more vitamin D, protein, the b's, etcetera. Any physical activity you like, do it more.

The simplest explanation is to just plan your food intake to have a calorie deficit; burn more calories than you eat, so eat foods with less calories than what you currently consume (still, make sure you're getting the nutrition you need), try cardio or other calorie-burning exercises, that sort of thing. It's obviously something we've all heard before but talking beyond that is just restating the same thing with more specific tips. As UltraSoy also said, all that you really need is to move around more and consume less calories.
 
Organic and straight from the cow perhaps, but that's too expensive. All cheap milk is processed to shit and pumped full of phytoestrogens and antibiotics.

That's true, I'd say it depends on your region. I live in a more rural area so we have fresh goods which aren't really that processed. Raw milk and homemade cheeses are great.

eat whatever you want minus snacking, and workout
i eat like SHIT but i workout and look good
you need to have some sort of exercise every day that keeps you out of breath and dying for more than 15 minutes
and some sort of weight training
eat when you’re hungry and don’t feel the need to finish food when you’re full. save it for later

don’t eat infront of a tv or a book. look at what you’re eating and drink water beforehand
eating habits are things you need to be aware of; notice what you’re eating and don’t restrict. you need to have a healthy relationship with food while also treating your body like it’s your temple!! u got this dude, just incorporate some sort of movement in ur day even when u don’t want to. missing a day doesn’t mean the world is over.
 
lower calorie intake and exercise, it's as simple as. now what you eat should be healthy, something you should discern for yourself, but if you eat less and exercise you'll lose weight. there's no such thing as trying to lose weight, only losing weight, take care.
 
I once saw a guy on reddit talking about how he likes to cut his stomach open and carve out fat, sew his stomach back up, and then cook and eat the fat. This is probably the most effective way to lose weight.

I heard edging burns twice the calories per hour as cardio. I’ve been edging for the past 4 hours, which has burned like 6 hundred goldfish’s worth of calories. Edging is also good for the heart (since it’s like cardio but better) and it helps to de-bloaten because it releases a lot of salt (the main thing that causes bloating). Looksmax.org told me this so I know it’s true
