In my opinion, it represents your attractiveness percentile on a sample of white women (or men, if you are male) aged 18-33 with a healthy body fat percentage/not obese. So if you are a 4/10 it means 60% of white, healthy-bf% young women are more attractive than you.

Kind of depends, people are physically attractive in different ways. Like one woman might look cute while another might look hot, but that doesnt mean one is prettier than the other, they're just seperate versions of attractiveness.
I've heard girls like Kate Micucci, June Lapine, Nancy Sinatra, Barbra Streisand, Mia Farrow, Olivia Newton-John, or Pattie Boyd having been described as cute many a times before.
While I've heard Faye Dunaway, Ingrid Bergman, Grace Kelly, Ursula Andress, Honor Blackman or Carrie Fisher as hot.

Depends on the man's taste and his personal defintions. What would be cute to you personally wouldn't be cute to him. What would be hot to you personally wouldn't be hot to him.
