how do you know, is your grandfather bald? i hear you inherit baldness from your grandfather but i wont research it further because.. because i just WONT ok?

I'm not sure about my maternal grandfather since he died in 1999 but my paternal grandfather was balding pretty badly (even doe he was 80 something when he died)
My father is balding a little bit at 53

except 6 gorillion times worse because i dont take care of it (i don't really know how to be fair doebeit)
i tried doing research online about what to do but it seems that there's no consensus on how to best take care of black hair? wtf. some people said doing nothing is best so that's what i decided to do because im lazy GEG but anyways

what do you guys do to take care of your hair also who taught you was it your parents or something? people at school?
