Solomon Morel was a Polish-born NKVD officer and later a Polish intelligence agent who ran prison camps in Poland after World War II. Having lost his entire family in the Holocaust, he became a staunch Stalinist after the war. Morel was responsible for the deaths of approximately 1,500 prisoners in Upper Silesia, most of whom were Germans and Volksdeutsche collaborators, as an act of revenge. Witnesses claimed he would personally crush prisoners’ skulls and throw them out of windows. Following the anti-Stalinist purges in Poland in 1968, he was forced to retire. After the fall of communism, Poland sought to imprison him, but he fled to Israel.

Chinggis Khan/Temujin. He is arguably the greatest warlord in history. Was born into a minor clan in the harsh Steppes, and his father was poisoned by an enemy clan. He was merciful and just to those who were not opposing him, but anyone or any empire that stood in his way was brutally killed and destroyed. He made the Mongol identity, before he conquered all the steppe lands of central Asia and Mongolia was complete anarchy, with never-ending tribal wars, and violence. Disunited tribes constantly fighting each other, but he had conquered the steppes and united the tribes of the steppes, uniting to create "Khamag Mongol". If he never existed, the Mongol identity would have never existed as well. Steppe warriors united and established the greatest continuous empire in history.

I have never thought that someone in my safespace someone would praise a fricking stalinist traitor ruling over my country. That happens when chuds or leftychuds confuse "based" with "good". But yes, a Jew running a concentration lager for Germans is a strange gimmick of a history.

A lot of people misrepresent the Taiping revolt. It wasn't just religious fanatics. Many people high up in the Heavenly Kingdom were secular reformers who just joined it because it was the biggest movement at the time. The Taiping Kingdom was a very modernized state compared to the reactionary Qing, which is why the western powers spent so much effort helping the Qing crush them. If they had won, China would have awakened much sooner.
