That's a country's banner and a representation of that state, it shows you hold that country in a low enough regard you can't bring yourself to properly treat its banner with respect. I would get an iron and spend the 10 minutes or so it'd take to get the creases out.

I have family members who are in the mil and I had all of the flag etiquette told to me through time, flags are of the people but they are the people of a nation and its only respectful to the collective to hang it up free of creases and wrinkles.Do you even have a flag of your own?
