Rant Does anybody else feel like the "Mr. Incredible becoming uncanny" meme was a psyop or form of subtle propaganda?

A lot of the images used become more and more demonic, twisted, deformed and reappropriated into a mock creation of reality, coupled with the sound effects, it creates a unsavory picture and feels like it's trying to tell and show you something, like fuck with your mind in a way, it's like a subtle form of propaganda, likely rooted in MK Ultra bullshit. They gotta learn it from somewhere. I feel like they're deliberately fucking with your head but disgusing it as a meme to soften the blow and sweeten the load, when it's not as innocent as it conveys itself to be.
I don't know, I saw something and now thinking about it retrospectively I'm starting to get the impression that this wasn't an innocent meme, and that this was either a form of brain rot, which some of it is, to make money off of the algorithm, but some people used it to convey subliminal messages and hidden meanings like an MK Ultra type bullshit and they're fucking with your head.
