I've done this at least several dozen times irl (eating a whole tin of altoids quickly), it really won't do much unless it's the cinnamon ones. since they use real sugar it'll most likely leave you with a stomach ache for a bit. that, plus you can't drink water easily since the mint flavor fucks it up.
the cinnamon ones are awful though. most people do fine since the flavor burns their mouth enough to slow them down but i got used to it. lets just say i was on the porcelain throne for a while
