I first heard about the term from someone making fun of Joe Biden and his dementia. It's a dementia-related term and obviously I don't have dementia (yet), but a lot of the symptoms of that specific behavior resonate with me.

Ever since I was a kid I've had issues pop up after 4 PM or so on most days. My brain feels like it isn't working at full efficiency, I get angry and irritable, things start feeling "weird" and disorienting, stuff like that. It's definitely not as bad as someone with dementia though it is a problem. Most days I either go to bed at 8/9 PM or just doomscroll in a state of stasis until I get tired at 1 AM. I wonder if it's related to the autism bullshit or something. I think it's beyond early bird/night owl nonsense.

dnc + go to bed

I'm the opposite, for the first hour or so when I wake up I'm practically worthless but after that I'm fine especially the later it gets

Considering that the userbase here is about 90% zoomers and 10% millennials, I highly doubt that anyone on here has Alzheimer's. So, whatever you may be experiencing, it isn't this.

I don't think so. I definitely get more schizo at night, but i feel like that's just because I'm alone and get to think about weird shit without interruption. Doesn't seem to happen in the mornings now that i think of it.
Still, I'm just gonna say it's nothing
