-i ate (clean) toilet paper (i eat a square daily for some reason)
-i know its not eating too much or eating too little (i think?)
-my mum says its because i swallow pills without drinking water but ive done that for ages
why does my stomach hurt

toilet paper doesn’t really do much to ruin your stomach- dissolves really quickly
neither the pills or the food would have done that

it could just be not pooping, or something isn’t agreeing too much with your gut. if this is common try taking probiotics and eating lots of greek yoghurt or ayran so good bacteria grows in your gut and doesn’t hurt as much. also could be gas!! you can do some yoga to alleviate tensions.
