This is a clear contradiction in the Bible since races are not equal biologically or mentally. Black people are strong with built in sunscreen but dumb and can't swim and white people are white people. What are your thoughts on this?

The meaning of the verse is different groups of people will not be judged differently because of their class or race or sex, if they do evil they get punished, God doesn’t pick favorites.
