If you're looking for books, there's Beginning Chinese Reader and Character Text for Beginning Chinese.
They're a bit old, but include a fuckton of practice and exercises, and though it's mostly traditional characters there's a section on simplified later on.
The same series has an Intermediate and advanced reader, they can be expensive though. (I got lucky buying part two, but paid 66$ for part one)
You could probably also find it online.
