I mean you could make it so that you have to fill out one of those google forms explaining why you (the guy) want your account disabled, and then asking if they understand that it means they're locked out for good, no turning back. make them write out at least a long enough explanation on why they should be disabled that they realize that they either were being dramatic, or that they really want to go ahead with their choice.
